It is my pleasure to invite you to my upcoming “Homeowners’ Resource Fair.” It will take place on Saturday, July 18th from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in the Cordell Reed Student Union Building at Chicago State University, 9501 S. King Drive. (On-campus parking is available.)

This event is designed to provide you with a “one-stop shop” experience where resources, information and counseling are available regarding homeownership, mortgage modification, and foreclosure prevention. Various lenders and housing agencies will be in attendance to provide you with one-on-one consulting opportunities, as well. I have attached a flyer for you to review and print, if you’d like. Feel free to share this information with your friends and family.
