Israeli Flutist Esti Rofe in Concert

The principal flutist of the Israel Camerata Jerusalem Orchestra, Esti Rofe is widely heralded as one of Israel’s brightest developing classical music stars. Since graduating from the Buchmann-Mehta school in Tel Aviv in 2000, Rofe has gone on to perform at the most prestigious classical music venues, including Cité de la Musique (Paris), Berliner Schauspielhaus and Carnegie Hall. Along the way, she has won prizes at many top international competitions, including the Rampal international flute competition in Paris, the “Leonardo de Lorenzo” international flute competition in Italy, the international flute competition “A Puncielli”, Italy, and the Tel Aviv Academy woodwind competition.
She has recorded for television and radio, including the SWR radio, Germany, the Polish National Radio, the Israel Broadcasting Authority and the Danish radio and television and played as a solo flutist with the English National Opera, The Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and The Moscow Chamber Orchestra.
Jasna Popovic is an award-winning Serbian pianist, who has performed to critical and popular acclaim at venues including Steinway Hall, Lefrack Hall, and Carnegie Hall.
