One of the most dynamic and vibrant performers in the singer/songwriter world, David Broza's charismatic and energetic performances have brought to worldwide audiences, a fusion of the three different countries in which he was raised: Israel, Spain, and England, filling concert halls with his famous guitar playing. Ranging from flamenco flavored rhythmic and percussion techniques, to whirlwind finger picking, to a signature rock and roll sound. Broza unites the three worlds by utilizing his ability to take on the troubadour tradition, up to now, featuring lyrics of the worlds' greatest poets.

Without time to process, Tomas travels to Jerusalem, and finds work in a cafe run by his lover’s widow, Anat, but keeps his identity a secret. Both mourning the same man, they stave off loneliness by finding common cause in the kitchen: Anat’s menu springs to life with mouthwatering cakes, pastries, and glossy confections. Business booms, but the newfound attention exposes rifts between Israel and Germany, secular and religious, and gay and straight.

Beyond Duty: Diplomats Recognized as Righteous Among the Nations is comprised of the stories of nine diplomats who were recognized as “Righteous Among the Nations” by Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center. Their brave stories represent diversity: different countries of origin, various countries were they operated different types of rescue actions taken in various stages of the Holocaust. The stories of Beyond Duty are woven within the historical chain of event of the Holocaust, along with more specific historical background relevant to each of the 9 stories.

Jerusalem and Rome Through June, 2019 Museum of the Bible; Washington, DC
Jerusalem and Rome: Cultures in Context in the First Century CE presents a selection of archaeological remains from the Land of Israel in the first century CE. It tells the story of the developments in this era and bear witness to the glory of Jerusalem during the reign of King Herod and the Roman procurators, examine the Great Jewish Revolt against Rome and the fall of Masada, and, finally, trace the continued existence of Judaism after the destruction of Jerusalem and its Temple, and the rise of Christianity.
