Alessandro Minci studied at the A. Casella Conservatory of Music in L'Aquila graduating with honors, and graduated in Instrumental Music Education at the "Licinio Refice" Conservatory of Frosinone. He has performed in important national and international events in Italy and abroad, and attended Masterclasses with renowned guitarists in the world. Since 2000, he has been the creator and artistic director of the "Note Classiche" guitar festival (International Guitar Festival of the City of Cassino) and of the related international guitar competition "Città di Cassino". He is the founder and director of the classical guitar magazine “News For Guitar”.

He has released 5 CDs: 2010: Trio Rhapsody – from classical to rock. -2013: Trio Rhapsody - world premiere recording of the "Rock Suite" written by the composer Giorgio Mirto. -2017: "The red poppies of Montecassino" (guitar and violin), work dedicated to the battle of the Second World War involving the Abbey of Montecassino and the Polish army. -2018: (with the soprano Tania Di Giorgio) world first recording of the unpublished musical manuscripts brought to light from the music archive of the Montecassino Abbey. -2019 : “Mario Gangi - Music for Guitar.
